P I A D'OR

Okay IT8SF ** December is near closing of the year mark 2002 and making way for the year mark 2003 to take on it's preceeding course.

Where ever that will lead us, I hope everyone was able to achieve their target goals and quotas for this year. Yes, it was indeed a good year for most individual's & businesses, but are we sure if it did for the many others, as well?

Thanks to RYZE BUSINESS NETWORKING COMMUNITY for providing Gold Members the ability to create real-time tribes and communities (it was then the IT8SF tribe was launch for reasons & purposes), as follows:

1) to provide a market facility (place or location) on-line or real-time for 1) Startups 2) New Ventures 3) individual consultants 4) independent contractors 5) small business 6) medium business to meet, greet, exchange, share, network with fellow others in the IT or related Industries.

Secondly, I would like to kickoff the IT8SF tribe with it's first annual member meeting (leader-member / member-leader) sometime in January of 2003. We have an approximate 48 members in the tribe.

The objective is to:

1). have all members attend this meeting to meet on a business-social network, introducing themselves and eachother (as an individual, business, startup, company) and if you are (outsourcing or off-shoring) projects and/or contracts.

2) have all members submit a company portfolio to tribe leader to determine a market feasibility via needs assessment.

3). have all members present a 15-second elevator speech about their company, their services and may distribute the dissemination of information, materials, brochures, or professional portfolio.

4) have all members present a 1-minute presentation on their product (via demo or powerpoint presentation).

5) obtain member feedback and status quo on their business plan and goal(s) for the year 2003 - 2004 (2 years - 24 months, 8 quarters, 730 days). (Optional) if one has not been developed, we may discuss the process on doing so.

2). obtain member feedback on performance and results obtained for the year 2002 and assess problematic situations that did or did not occur via performance review with a standard questionnaire/survey form.

Please let me know if you agree to the First Annual Member Meeting and if January 2003 would be appropriate in your calendar setting. Any questions or comments are very welcomed.

Please make sure that every one responds to this message board post.

Thank you and Happy Holidays to you, your family, and prospective businesses and clients.
